Welcome
to the Elmwood Park Immediate Health Care Center, LCC.
We are deeply connected to the community and are dedicated
to serving local residents by providing the best quality
health care services. Highly qualified physicians staff
the Elmwood Park Immediate Health Center and our professionally
trained ancillary staff includes nurses, technicians
and various other support staff utilizing the highest
quality, state-of-the-art medical technology. We also
employ bi-lingual staff and make every effort to make
each patient feel comfortable and welcome at our facility.
Our mission is to provide medical care and improving
the health of the communities we serve. We consider
the relationships with our patients a partnership, in
which together we develop an appropriate plan of care.

Our
Occupational Health Program offers treatments
for work-related injuries (Worker's compensation
injuries) allowing employees to return to
work as dafely and quickly as possible.
In addition to physician visits, our Immediate
Health Care Center offers travel medicine
and immunizations for those taking trips
aboard and comprehensive executive physicals
for corporations and individuals. We offer
Medical Review Officer (MRO) services for
corporations.
